A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled "Revised judicature act of 1961," by amending sections 8116 and 8117 (MCL 600.8116 and 600.8117), section 8117 as amended by 2005 PA 237. THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 Sec. 8116.
