Barback Duties July 2010

Barback Duties OPENING (Beginning of Shift) (depending on when you start, this is usually done already) Put menus out on tables, put candles out, and put out patio tables & chairs with ashtrays. (2 tables 8 chairs) Make sure bartenders are fully set up: ice, cocktail napkins, straws, limes, lemons, oranges, lime juice, olive juice, simple syrup, dump bucket. Restock bar: refrigerators & liquor: beer, water, energy drinks, juice, white & red wine, champagne. (beer on tap: make sure there is a back-up keg in the walk-in) Backup red wine (one open bottle plus one backup) and liquor. Check bottles
