Barback Duties
OPENING (Beginning of Shift) (depending on when you start, this is usually done already) Put menus out on tables, put candles out, and put out patio tables & chairs with ashtrays. (2 tables 8 chairs) Make sure bartenders are fully set up: ice, cocktail napkins, straws, limes, lemons, oranges, lime juice, olive juice, simple syrup, dump bucket. Restock bar: refrigerators & liquor: beer, water, energy drinks, juice, white & red wine, champagne. (beer on tap: make sure there is a back-up keg in the walk-in) Backup red wine (one open bottle plus one backup) and liquor. Check bottles
